The Elite Performance Journals began from a small idea between two great friends stuck on how to pass on knowledge, experience and unique expertise in a practical, proven manner!

Established in 2021, Cam Orr and Carlo Tizzano, two professional rugby players boasting 18+ years between them of first class rugby union experience decided it was time to put their experience and knowledge into a physical product that could help develop potential, establish elite level foundations and boost young athletes on their pathways to future success.

From 2021, the EPJ has sold over 5000 journals, supported 30+ professional teams, delivered countless months of mentoring and coaching and is just about to expand into a multitude of sports!

 

Get to know Carlo Tizzano

Carlo Tizzano Waratahs

Carlo is a  superstar of Australian Rugby. Boasting 8 years of professional rugby union experience across NSW Waratahs, Western Force and Ealing Trailfinders (UK). Carlo has a passion for health, education, fitness, mentoring young athletes and his hunger for hardworking provides the best incentive and motivation for athletes to look up to and replicate. Carlo most recently earned his Australian Wallabies debut (2024) displaying resilience, a relentless attitude to excellence and has been incredibly determined in his pursuit of this ultimate achievement and recognition of his ability.

 

Get to know Cam Orr

Cameron Orr Gloucester Rugby

Cam Orr is a 29 year old rugby union player from Sydney, Australia. Cam has a vastly experience rugby resume with successful stints in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Cam has played for Gloucester Rugby (UK), Western Force, Melbourne Rebels and Wellington Lions (NZ) and was lucky enough to join a Wallabies Camp in 2021 as injury cover. Cam has a background in Health Science and has a keen passion on coaching, mentoring and guiding young athletes to their goals and dreams. Cam has most recently played a season over in the United States Major League Rugby Competition with the Seattle Seawolves (2024). During the season, Cam earned 16 appearances for the club and ultimately recognised as the form Loosehead Prop of the competition with being named in the US MLR First XV Team of the year.
